Cynthia is the best agent I’ve worked with to date. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and always responds back to me in a timely manner.

Cynthia provided valuable suggestions for preparing our house for the market! She maintained constant communication and explained everything in an understandable way. Thanks to her, our home sold in just 2 days!

Cynthia was kind and attentive throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer any questions.

We found a wonderful home through Cynthia and she handled every part of the process with enthusiasm, professionalism, determination and skill. She is incredibly dedicated to her clients and we were fortunate to be among the successful buyers in a difficult market. We owe it to Cynthia’s steadfastness and experience!

Cynthia is a role model of what all realtors should be! She was my realtor 9 years ago when I bought my Condo and again recently when I sold my condo. Her customer service oriented personality is to be commended. She is thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, caring and very professional. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She was a tremendous help with staging my condo and hired a professional photographer to take the best photos. Nothing was ever too much for her and she held an open house practically every weekend until sold. She was always available to patiently answer my many questions and recommended a great real estate lawyer who was very responsive. Cynthia has such a warm and calm approach to all situations and continued to help me with my needs even after closing. She’s a realtor rockstar and I highly recommend her. Thank you Cynthia, I’ll be forever grateful!!

We bought our first house seven years ago with Cynthia. The care, patience , professionalism and transparency during the process stayed with us . Since then we have taken Cynthia’s assistance on two occasions. Both these engagements have led to the perfect find, the latest being our new home. Cynthia showed the same patience and knowledge that facilitated the sale of our old home and the purchase of new. We highly recommend Cynthia to those we know who are in the process of real estate engagements. They have relayed the same successful experience as we have .

Amazing job! I’d never use anyone else after working with Cynthia

Cynthia's prompt responses, attention to detail, and more than anything else her patience to listen & appreciation for our special requirements were indeed commendable. I must say, Cynthia is a great professional to work with. Both my wife & I look forward to seeking her help again in the near future as we try to locate a small house of our own.

We already have recommended her to everyone we know! She’s great. Our only regret is not finding her sooner.

She knew the market, had infinite patience, and persevered through this crazy market to find and successfully negotiate the purchase of our dream home.
